Russell Graney has a diverse work experience. Russell began their career in 2004 as a Senior Advertising Associate at Harvard Student Agencies. In 2006, they moved to Bain & Company, where they worked as an Associate Consultant. In 2009, they became the Director of Operations at Leadership Prep Bedford-Stuyvesant for Uncommon Schools. Finally, in 2012, they founded and became the CEO of Aidin.

Russell Graney attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 1999-2003. Russell then attended Harvard University from 2003-2007, where they earned an A.B. in Social Studies.
