Dan Schimmel

Dan Schimmel is a business development professional with over 13 years of experience in international development, grants, and contracts management. They held roles at CARE, where they were a Cost Proposal Specialist and a Humanitarian MEAL Specialist, and contributed to significant projects in countries such as Syria, South Sudan, and Nigeria. Currently, Dan serves as the Cost and Pricing Manager at Winrock International, leading the development and analysis of cost proposals for a diverse range of funders. They have also held positions with organizations like Internews and The Carter Center, focusing on media support and rule of law programs.
