Eric Kloster is a seasoned professional in customer success and onboarding with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Onboarding at Aidn since September 2025, Eric previously held various positions at Ardoq from November 2015 to August 2025, including Key Account Director and Global Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, Eric worked at Active 24 - a Visma company, managing the international customer service department as a Project Manager and Sales Manager from December 2011 to October 2015. Eric’s career also includes valuable experience at Mamut ASA as Customer Service Manager and Team Lead from February 2006 to November 2011. Eric holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School and a BA (Hons) in Communication from Bournemouth University, complemented by a diverse educational background.
