Irena Rich

Irena Rich currently serves as Director of Customer Success - East at Aidoc, where experience includes leadership roles such as Team Lead and Success Manager. Prior to Aidoc, Irena worked at Idaho Community Health Center Association as Clinically Integrated Network Manager & Data Manager, and at Sagan Marketing, LLC as a Software Engineer. Relevant experience also includes a position as Senior Research Analyst at Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where Irena led a significant migration to Tableau and developed training materials. Earlier roles include Resource and Education Coordinator at Micah Challenge Australia and Program Manager at The Genesis Project. Irena holds a Master of Software Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boise State University.
