Harri Valkonen

Harri Valkonen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Harri currently holds the position of Director, R&D at Aidon since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director for Technology and Bid Management from June 2019 to January 2021. From February 2017 to May 2019, they were the Head of Product Management at Aidon. Before that, they held the position of Head of Product Development from February 2013 to January 2017.

Harri Valkonen's work experience also includes roles at Nokia Mobile Solutions as SW Program Maintenance Manager from August 2010 to January 2011, Nokia Devices as SW Program Development Manager from 2008 to July 2010, Nokia Multimedia as Project Manager, SW from 2006 to 2008, and Nokia Business Infrastructure as a Project Manager and later as a member of the NBI Processes and Quality (NPQ) organization from June 2001 to 2004.

Additionally, Harri Valkonen worked at Telelogic as a Technical Sales Manager from 2000 to 2001 and at Nokia Networks as a Test Engineer and later as a Project Manager from January 1998 to April 2000. Harri started their career as a Trainee at Nokia Telecommunications in the Mobile Switching Group/HW Development Department from May 1997 to September 1997.

Throughout their career, Harri Valkonen has gained experience in various areas such as R&D, technology and bid management, product management, product development, project management, software development, and test engineering.

Harri Valkonen received a Matriculation Examination from Jyväskylän Lyseo in 1990. Harri then went on to study at Keski-Suomen Ammattioppilaitos from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a degree as a Mechanic of Information Technology. Lastly, Valkonen attended Jyväskylä Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1998 and earned a B.Sc in Telecommunications.
