Adele Aharonoff, MBA, MA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, advisory roles, and education. As the Founder and CEO of BizCoachGurus since January 2017, Adele has focused on enhancing the workplace through strategic advisory and innovative workplace solutions. Adele also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Aidora and OpenSeed, and as the Founder and CEO of LIfitMoms & LIfitKids. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of People at THE WELL, Adjunct Professor of Finance and Economics at Nassau Community College, and HR Management Instructor at Molloy University. Early career experience includes positions at Monster, Thomas Weisel Partners, and Lehman Brothers. Adele holds an MA in Guidance and Career Counseling from New York University, an EMBA from Pace University, and a BS in Psychology with minors in Statistics and Education from the University of Florida.
