Anant Agarwal has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and finance sectors. Anant is currently a Co-Founder & CTO at Aidora, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Google from 2020 to 2023, holding roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. In these roles, they led projects related to user modeling and personalization for Google's Discover platform, as well as optimizing recommendation quality and capacity requirements.

Before joining Google, Agarwal worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President from 2017 to 2020, where they contributed to the development of REST APIs and Python SDK for financial risk models, and implemented a related search queries feature using unsupervised topic modeling. Anant also gained experience at Goldman Sachs as a Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016, specializing in equity derivatives.

In addition to their industry roles, Agarwal served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University in 2017, supporting teaching activities in their field of study. Anant also gained early experience as a Software Developer Intern at Microsoft in 2012, working on the Bing Content Ranking Team to improve webpage rankings.

Furthermore, Agarwal completed an internship at Widescope Media & Entertainment Network in 2010, which provided exposure to the media industry. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in software engineering, user modeling, financial risk modeling, and search ranking algorithms throughout their career.

Anant Agarwal has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they completed their 12th Grade (ICSE Board) from City Montessori School, and their 10th Grade from the same school.

Anant Agarwal also has several certifications to their credit. In 2018, they obtained the certifications "How Google does Machine Learning" and "Launching into Machine Learning" from Coursera. In 2016, they completed the certification "Machine Learning" from Coursera, and in 2015, they obtained the certification "Shaping up with Angular.js" from Code School.
