Lynn Werlich

Lynn Werlich is a dedicated servant leader who currently manages a department of 40 individuals at Aidsfonds, overseeing an annual budget of €30 million. With a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, Lynn emphasizes empowerment and collaboration among team members, resulting in significant impacts on community health initiatives, including funding over 500 organizations to combat AIDS. Lynn's commitment to social justice, informed by personal experiences, drives a passion for addressing health and rights injustices globally. Lynn has previously held various research and consultancy roles across organizations, contributing to important health programs and studies in multiple countries. Currently, Lynn is pursuing an MBA at IU Internationale.
