Fey Harmon

Fey Harmon is the Roadie Coordinator for Southern California at AIDS/LifeCycle. Fey has a long history of customer support experience, starting at HubSpot in 2016 and continuing at Friendbuy from 2018 to 2020. During their time at Friendbuy, Fey was responsible for optimizing support processes, revitalizing company relations with clients, and managing data between various CRMs. Fey also took ownership of GDPR and CCPA data requests, ensuring that Friendbuy remained compliant with new privacy laws.

In addition to their customer support experience, Fey has also worked as a sales associate and on-call events and fundraising associate. Fey is currently responsible for coordinating roadies for AIDS/LifeCycle, an annual fundraising event that raises money and awareness for those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Fey Harmon has a cosmetology license from Michaels School of Hair Design and Esthetics-Paul Mitchell Partner School and a certification in inbound marketing from HubSpot. Fey also has a degree in musical theatre from Rider University.

They work with and Wendy Hiller - Roadie Coordinator, Northern California. Their manager is Samantha Alvarez, Production Manager, Northern California.
