Frank Chestnut

Frank Chestnut, Jr. is an experienced professional in workforce development and human resources, currently serving as the Quality Systems/Special Projects Manager at AIDT since September 2019. Additionally, Frank operates as an HR Consultant at Chestnut Law, advising legal firms, businesses, and government agencies on staffing and training strategies since 2013. Previously, Frank held the position of Apprenticeship Alabama Manager at the Department of Commerce from May 2016 to September 2019, leading a team to connect state resources with businesses for apprenticeship program registration. Frank's earlier roles at AIDT from 2002 to May 2016 included Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing continuous improvement specialists to enhance workforce development. Frank's professional journey began at International Paper from 1995 to 2003, serving as a System Trainer and supervising employees in the Production Scheduling and Distribution department. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University in Montgomery, earned between 2000 and 2002.
