Chad Doerge

Chad Doerge is the current President & CRO at Aiera. Chad has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, having worked at various companies including TOMAHAWK SG, Evercore, ISI Group, Deutsche Bank, and Fulcrum Global Partners.

Doerge began their career in 2000 as an MD of Sales at Fulcrum Global Partners. Chad then transitioned to Deutsche Bank in 2004, where they served as Director of Global Sales for six years. In 2010, Doerge joined ISI Group as a Partner and Senior Managing Director. Chad remained with the company until 2014 when it was acquired by Evercore. Doerge spent two years at Evercore before joining TOMAHAWK SG as a Senior Consultant in 2016. Chad served in this role for three years before being promoted to President & CRO at Aiera in 2019.

Chad Doerge has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Chad also has a certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7 and 63.

Chad Doerge reports to Ken Sena, Co-Founder and CEO. They are on a team with Conor Mcdade - CFO & COO, Bryan Healey - CTO, and Catherine Culp - Chief Customer Officer.
