Daniel Lee has a diverse work experience ranging from social care to leadership roles. Starting in 2020, they worked as a Social Care Worker at Our Place Society. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at AIESEC Canada, including Vice President of Talent Management and Entity Control Board Member. In 2015, they worked as an Undergraduate Student at the University of Victoria and later interned in Counselling Services. Daniel also served as Vice President of Outgoing Exchange at AIESEC, managing a team and developing skills in team management and KPI analysis. Additionally, they worked as an Exchange Participant Manager at AIESEC Canada. Earlier in their career, they served in the Republic of Korea Army as a Platoon Sergeant and APC Mechanic, and worked as an English Private Tutor at Kim's Academy.
Daniel Lee obtained a High School Diploma in Psychology from Woodstock School from 2007 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they attended the University of Victoria and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications such as BC Privacy and Information Management from Community Living BC, McGill Personal Financial Essentials from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management, Overdose Training: Naxolone Online Training from St. Paul's Foundation, FoodSafe Level 1 Certification from FoodSafe Technologies, International Student from ISIC - International Student Identity Card, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from TESOL International Association, Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Red Cross, and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the University of Toronto.
