Previously, Arshdeep served as the Assistant Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., focusing on process improvements and operational efficiency in manufacturing. They have a background in business development through an internship at Nestlé and leadership experience as the Ex-President of AIESEC in Ludhiana. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, Arshdeep combines technical expertise with a passion for digital transformation and sustainable business impact.
