Hiro Kinashi has extensive experience in leadership and network expansion within AIESEC, playing a crucial role since the 1960s. As a member of AIESEC Alumni International, Hiro serves as an International Senior Member and was previously an Ex-EB Member overseeing the Alumni and Network Database. In AIESEC Alumni Asia Pacific, Hiro has focused on reconnecting former members across Southeast Asia since 2000, having been the first Asian Regional Coordinator.
