Tom Tull

Tom Tull is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in pension fund management and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Dallas Police & Fire Pension System as a Mayoral Appointee, Tull is also a member of the Advisory Council at Strategic Value Partners and a Fellow at AIF Global. Additionally, Tull serves as a Senior Advisor at Star Mountain Capital. Previously, Tull held the position of Chief Investment Officer at the Employees Retirement System of Texas, overseeing a $36 billion defined benefit plan with a staff of 75 employees. Tull co-founded Gulfstream Global Investors, Ltd. and served as Director of Employee Benefit Fund Investments at LTV CORP. Tull holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier University.
