Marge Anderson

Marge Anderson is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational operations, currently serving as the Head of Global People Operations at QuanticMind since December 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations, human resources, and talent development while promoting the company's mission and values. Prior to this role, Marge was the Founding Head of Culture & Human Resources at Interana, Inc., where foundational HR systems and operations were established. Earlier experiences include serving as the Director of Weekend Experiences at Menlo Church, where support was provided during the church's transition to independence, and the Executive Director of Ministries at Calvary Community Church, facilitating service improvements. Additionally, Marge spent 14 years at Willow Creek Community Church, initially launching a food service ministry and later managing all ministry services. Marge holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a background in managing diverse operational and cultural initiatives across various organizations.
