Donovan Bates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and sales management. Currently serving as a Sales Trainer at AIG Direct since March 2019, Donovan has developed hands-on training methods as a licensed insurance agent and creates monthly training materials for the sales force. Prior to this role, Donovan worked at AT&T for nearly a decade in various capacities, including Senior Training Manager, where innovative virtual training methods saved significant resources, and Retail Sales Manager, where coaching improved customer experiences and sales performance. Additional experience includes managing operations at Barrier Lawn & Pest Control and leading a bilingual team at T-Mobile. Donovan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
