Alex Asai has extensive experience in the financial sector, having served as the Head of Western Canada Financial Lines at AIG from 2011 to 2012. In this role, Asai initiated and implemented Financial Lines representation across various divisions in Western Canada. Prior to this, they held multiple underwriting positions focused on Executive Liability products and managed a commercial loan portfolio at HSBC from 2007 to 2009. Alex earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alberta, complemented by international studies at The University of Edinburgh and the University of Alberta's School in Cortona, Italy.
