Alfredo Chavez is an experienced professional in infrastructure services, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Services for the Latin America and Caribbean region at AIG since November 2013. Prior to this role, Alfredo held the position of Datacenter Manager at Chartis from June 2011 to November 2013 and worked as a Server Administrator at Softtek from April 2008 to May 2011. Education includes a Master's degree in Information Technology Security from Universidad Tecnológica de México, certifications in ethical hacking and countermeasures from EC Council, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de México, and ongoing studies in project management at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
