Allison Kramer Deeb

Allison Kramer Deeb is currently the Head of Employee Relations for North America at AIG, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from 2019 to 2022 and held various HR roles at Barclays Investment Bank, HSBC, GORP.com, Inc., and Xansa. Allison’s earlier career includes experience as an HR Generalist, which has contributed to their extensive expertise in employee relations and human resources. They earned their degree from Teachers College of Columbia University between 1999 and 2005.
