Andrew Bottger

Andrew Bottger currently serves as the Catastrophe Risk Analyst Team Lead at AIG since January 2023. Prior experience includes a progression from Risk Analyst to Senior Risk Consultant at Verisk, where work spanned from November 2014 to December 2022. Andrew also held a Research Intern position at AIR Worldwide, focusing on labor and construction cost surges after windstorms in Europe. Earlier internships at Austin Exploration Limited and Nexus Energy Limited provided foundational experience. Andrew's education includes a Master of Business Administration from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Science in Risk and Environmental Hazards, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, both from Durham University.
