Andrew Johnson has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in IT and claims management. At AIG, from March 2018 to January 2022, Andrew served as Vice President of Claims IT Business Analysis, overseeing global business analysis delivery for claims, focusing on automation and process improvement for over 5,000 users. Prior roles included Business System Analyst and Manager of Business Systems Analysis in Commercial Insurance IT. Following this, Andrew held positions at Majesco as Senior Principal Architect and returned to AIG in October 2025 as Director of Technical Delivery for Claims Transformation. Earlier in Andrew's career, experience was gained at Farmers Insurance as a Field Claims Representative and Field Team Leader from December 2007 to April 2011.
