Ari David

Ari David is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Administrative Services Legal at AIG since October 2021, Ari previously held key roles at Carrier, United Technologies, and Sikorsky. At Carrier, responsibilities included leading the Corporate Secretary's Office and managing insider trading compliance. While at United Technologies, Ari contributed to corporate communications and compliance efforts, and at Sikorsky, Ari successfully led a large legal department overseeing various legal functions, including M&A and intellectual property. Ari's earlier career includes roles at Crowell & Moring LLP, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. House of Representatives, complemented by a Juris Doctor from Temple University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
