Caitlin Perazzo

Caitlin Perazzo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal operations and financial management, currently serving as the Global Head of Service Delivery for Global Legal, Compliance & Regulatory at AIG since September 2013. In this role, Caitlin oversees financial operations and strategy for the department, managing law firm relationships and critical functions across multiple regions. Prior positions at AIG include VP roles focused on legal financial management and process improvement, where significant enhancements were made in legal spend transparency and operational effectiveness. Previously, Caitlin held managerial positions at Bank of America, overseeing risk management and large-scale project portfolios during pivotal merger integration.
