Cecile Weis

Cecile Weis is the Associate General Counsel for the Latin America & Caribbean Region at AIG, a position held since 2010, where they lead corporate governance matters and provide legal guidance on operations and corporate reorganization projects. Prior to this role, Cecile served as a Foreign Law Associate at AIG in the USA from 2007 to 2010. They earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve. Cecile is also a member of the New York State Bar.
