Chad Clemens has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a career at AIG beginning in 2005 and continuing to the present. Currently serving as Field Claim Director, Chad has also held positions as Claims Technical Manager and Claims Examiner during the earlier years at AIG. Prior to joining AIG, Chad worked at Contract Claims Services, Inc. from January 1998 to February 2005 as an Examiner (NAFI).
