Chris Allen is an experienced attorney and business leader in the insurance industry, currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Reinsurance Transactions at AIG since 2025. They previously held positions including Associate General Counsel for Warranty & Services and Assistant General Counsel, where they managed various legal aspects of AIG's business operations across North America. Chris joined AIG in 2017 after working as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at Reminger Co. LPA, where they built a strong foundation in litigation. They earned a J.D. magna cum laude from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a B.A. cum laude from Centre College.
