Cole Clayton

Cole Clayton is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Global Claims Technical Training Specialist for Personal Lines Auto at AIG since March 2004, and also holds the title of Director within the GQAG Auditor group. Over the past nine years, Cole has focused on establishing relevant audits of claims processes in collaboration with third-party administrators and self-administered insureds. Prior roles include Regional Manager of the Fraud Abatement Service Team at GatesMcDonald, where oversight encompassed 27 states, and Senior SIU Investigator at Wausau Insurance, managing special investigations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Cole began a career in the field as an SIU Investigator at Firemans Fund Insurance Company and held the position of Adjuster in Charge at Cunningham Lindsey. Cole holds a BBA in Business with concentrations in Accounting and Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, and has received specialized training from the National Insurance Crime Bureau Special Investigation Academy and Vail National Training Center.
