David Rasmussen is currently the Head of M&A for Europe at AIG, a role they have held since 2020. Previously, David served as Head of M&A for the Nordics and BeNeLux at AIG and held various positions in legal and financial firms, including Kromann Reumert and RiskPoint. David's extensive experience in M&A includes work as a Foreign Associate in the M&A Practice Group at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and a secondment at Danske Bank. David earned a Cand. Jur. degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen in 2007.
