David Soares is a seasoned finance strategist with expertise in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the founder of GlenRock and a member of various audit committees. With over 17 years of experience in accounting, internal controls, and regulatory affairs, David has led teams and managed significant projects for major financial groups such as Chubb, Ernst & Young, and others across Latin America and the U.S. David's educational background includes an MBA in Operations Management from Metropolitan College of New York and a degree in Accounting from the University of São Paulo. Currently, David is also a member of advisory councils and committees focused on auditing and risk management.
