Dean Bin-Matt

Dean Bin-Matt has over two decades of experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Head of Global Change Management at AIG. Prior roles include Program Director and Senior Project Manager, where Dean delivered significant operational changes and automation projects. Previously, Dean worked at QBE European Operations, where they managed various projects, including the development of new entities and process improvements. They earned a BA (Hons) in Economics and Information Systems from the University of the West of England.
