Debra Maxwell

Debra Maxwell is a seasoned Broker and Market Leader with extensive experience in marketing and distribution. They began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at A.T. Kearney from 2000 to 2002, and later held various roles at CNA Insurance from 2014 to 2017, including Field Sales Specialist and Operations Consultant. Debra contributed to Everest Insurance® as Assistant Vice President and then Director of Marketing & Distribution in the Central Region from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Debra serves as Managing Director at AIG in Chicago for 2024-2025.
