Ellen Boyle

Ellen Boyle has extensive legal experience at AIG since August 1993, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel, where responsibilities include creating regulatory compliant commercial insurance products, negotiating compensation arrangements, and providing legal guidance across various insurance product lines. Previous positions at AIG include Associate General Counsel, where Ellen led the legal team for Financial Lines and Environmental insurance underwriting, and Division Counsel for Environmental, managing a team that provided comprehensive legal services to the underwriting business unit. Early career includes roles at London Fischer LLP focusing on commercial disputes and negligence actions. Ellen holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Scranton and a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law.
