Eric Dorfman

Eric Dorfman is a strategic and creative leader in Learning & Development with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Head of Professional Skills Learning & Development at AIG, they oversee the development of critical professional skills and capabilities across the organization. Previously, Eric held various roles at AIG, including Sr. Learning Director and Director of Training and Development, where they managed learning initiatives for thousands of employees globally. Eric's career also includes experience in underwriting and brokerage at companies such as Travelers Insurance and Marsh. They are pursuing a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida.
