Erica Blau is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the Pro Bono Director and Associate General Counsel at AIG since June 2012. In this role, Erica has oversight for corporate securities and acts as Corporate Secretary, along with experience as Counsel in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to AIG, Erica held the position of Assistant Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Allied World from August 2018 to March 2021. Erica earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School in 2009 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from The George Washington University in 2006.
