Erwin Lardizabal

Erwin Lardizabal is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee relations and corporate compliance. Currently serving as Employee Relations Lead for the Asia Pacific region at AIG since December 2012, Erwin provides support across various sectors, including Insurance, BPO, and IT. Prior roles include Employee Relations Lead at VISA and Vice-President of Corporate Affairs at Nestlé Philippines, where Erwin ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional experience includes HR Director at PT Nestlé Indonesia and Factory HR Head at Nestlé Philippines. Erwin holds a Bachelor of Laws from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from the University of the Philippines.
