Filipa Vale

Filipa Vale is an experienced sales and account management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at AIG since October 2025, Filipa gained significant experience as an Account Manager at Fidelidade from March 2016 to October 2025, focusing on brokers and large clients. Prior to that, Filipa worked at Zurich Insurance in various roles, including Account Manager for the Brokers Channel and Client Manager, from December 2003 to March 2016. Early career experience includes account management at Crunch, Lda and client management at Zurich Insurance, alongside a legal internship at a law office. Filipa holds a Doctor of Law degree from UAL and a postgraduate qualification in Labor Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
