Frank Garibaldi

Frank Garibaldi has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as CFO of Global Distribution at AIG since November 1998. Responsibilities encompass overseeing risk-adjusted profitability analyses for a $40B portfolio and managing a global expense structure with a focus on an $8B budget. Garibaldi has held key roles at AIG, including Comptroller for Global Markets, where a newly formed management team was established to streamline operations for a $7B multinational business, and Assistant Comptroller for North America, supporting significant revenue and expense management. Prior to AIG, Garibaldi gained valuable experience at New York Life Insurance Company and Sotheby's. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University.
