Frank O'Neill

Frank O'Neill is the Global Head of Warranty & Service programs at AIG, a role they have held since 2016. With over 20 years of management experience in Asia and Europe, Frank has developed a reputation as a strategically focused business leader in the insurance industry, building and managing successful businesses through greenfield developments, joint ventures, and acquisitions. Previously, Frank served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Lines at AIU Japan and held various leadership roles at Allianz Global Assistance and Kentz. Frank earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Limerick and completed additional studies at IMD.
