Frie van Os is currently the EMEA Change Lead at AIG, where they are responsible for a strategic People Change program across Europe. They also own FrieFormat Consulting & Training, specializing in making business strategy workable and impactful. With previous roles at ING in various capacities, including HR Business Consultant and Regional Director, Frie has a strong background in organizational management and training. Frie earned an Associate's degree in Personnel Development and Change from NCOI University and has a post-HBO degree in Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to connecting and developing people while achieving results.
