Gen Murasugi is currently the Regional Head of Fraud & Recovery for AIG Global Investigative Services in Japan, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Gen served as the Head of Claims Services Japan from December 2018 to September 2021 and held various leadership roles within AIG, including Chief Manager in Claims Audit Division and Japan Head of Risk & Control. Notably, Gen was recognized for identifying 2,367 fraudulent claims in 2016, leading to significant cost savings for the organization. Gen completed a degree at Hosei University between 1988 and 1993.
