Hala Alami currently serves as an Early Career Actuarial Analyst at AIG since July 2023, participating in a robust Insurance Academy designed to enhance actuarial skills and foster networking within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. Prior experience includes a Master Thesis internship at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology from September 2021 to June 2022, and roles at the University of Luxembourg, where Hala worked as a Student Library Assistant from October 2019 to August 2021 and as a Research Group Assistant from September 2017 to July 2018, collecting data for the ComputerVision group. Hala holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Luxembourg (September 2019 - February 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from both the University of Luxembourg (September 2015 - July 2019) and Charles University (October 2018 - January 2019).
