Hiroki Otani possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Casualty and Head of Liability & Financial Lines for Japan at AIG since October 2013, as well as holding the role of Global Casualty Japan - COO. Prior to this, Hiroki worked at AIU Insurance Company from September 1999 to September 2013, where roles included Casualty Profit Center Manager and Casualty Senior Underwriter. Early career experience includes a position as Japanese Business Development Manager at AIG Europe (UK) Ltd from April 1995 to August 1999 and as a Solicitor in the Brokerage Department at AIU Insurance Company from February 1993 to March 1995. Hiroki Otani holds a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a degree from Waseda University, complemented by education at Yokohama Suiran High School.
