Jim Mann has extensive experience in technology operations and employee services, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at AIG since February 2013. In this role, Jim oversees global daily operations for Employee Services, managing areas such as Global Field Services and Messaging & Collaboration. Previous positions at AIG include various leadership roles focusing on IT production support, field services, and project management. Prior to AIG, Jim held positions at Modis and CompuCom, where responsibilities included service desk training, quality management, and problem management. Jim’s early career included roles in training management and guest services. Jim holds an Associate of Arts degree in Education from Brookhaven Community College.
