Joanna Moriuchi

Joanna Moriuchi is an experienced Associate General Counsel currently focused on corporate procurement transactions at AIG, where they support high-value negotiations and compliance with key regulations across the UK and EMEA. Previously, they served as Senior Legal Counsel at UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking, advising on digital banking and regulatory compliance initiatives, as well as contributing to significant asset recovery efforts. Joanna began their legal career as an Associate at Clifford Chance and White & Case LLP, specializing in structured finance transactions. They hold multiple degrees, including a BA in Oriental Studies from the University of Oxford and a Postgraduate Certificate in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London.
