John Loielo

John Loielo is an accomplished auditing professional with significant experience in internal and external audit roles. Currently serving as the Associate Director and Head of Audit Australasia at AIG since April 2021, John Loielo previously held positions at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where responsibilities included overseeing global audit assignments from planning through reporting. Earlier experience includes developing the Screening Audits for Educators (SAFE) audit program for the Department of Education and Child Development while working at Galpins Accountants, and providing external audit services at Deloitte Australia. Academic qualifications include a Certified Internal Auditor designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors, a Graduate Diploma of Accountancy from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of South Australia.
