John Veracoechea

John Veracoechea is the Head of Casualty Specialty Claims for North America and a Senior Vice President at AIG. From 2020 to 2024, John managed AIG’s national healthcare claims team, guiding several regional offices and overseeing thousands of claims. Prior to this role, John held multiple leadership positions at AIG, including Vice President of Major Loss in Healthcare Professional Liability Claims and Senior Complex Director. Before joining AIG, John served as Associate Counsel at Condon & Forsyth LLP, specializing in various areas of law, including aviation and product liability. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Scranton and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
