Jonathan Kouba

Jonathan Kouba, AINS, currently serves as the Complex Claim Director for Commercial Property at AIG. Prior to this role, they worked at Farmers Insurance as a Field Claim Supervisor, where they led a team of field claim adjusters and managed various facets of claims handling. Jonathan also held positions as a Special Claims Representative and Insurance Adjuster, providing customer service and mentoring employees throughout their career. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Economics from Hardin-Simmons University.
