Jorge Sousa

Jorge Sousa is a versatile Business Development Manager with over 15 years of experience in both multinational and national companies. They have worked in commercial sectors focused on public and private business, excelling in communication, relationship-building, and team leadership. Previously, Jorge held senior roles at organizations such as AIG and PAC Itaú Unibanco Seguros & Previdência, where they specialized in managing public bids and executing commercial strategies. They completed their Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Universidade Cidade de São Paulo from 1993 to 1997 and currently serve as a co-founder of DAERC – Diversidade Ético Racial Consciente & Allados ERG Brazil.
