Junichi Sumiyama

Junichi Sumiyama is the Head of Broker & Client Engagement in Japan at AIG, where they have been since 2017, responsible for client and broker engagement. With a career at AIG that began in 2003, they have extensive experience managing accounts for large corporations exceeding USD 500 million in turnover. Prior to AIG, Junichi worked for Nippon Koa Insurance Company, where they served as an Account Executive and Underwriter specializing in marine cargo, hull, and commercial property businesses. Junichi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kobe University, earned in 1997.
